Owner of Bella and Lace, Kate Pearson studied design in Sydney and now makes her home in Brisbane, Queensland. After working for various clothing companies, she became inspired to design for children thanks to her two very special muses and models - twin daughters Mila and Ezara. Bella & Lace was born, with the label's name coming from Kate's first babies - the beloved West Highland Terriers.
Pearson & Pearson (formerly Bella and Lace) delights and often surprises. There are some eclectic flavours combined with nostalgic influences from clothes Kate wore as a child and still owns, and all blended with fashion - forward trends and vision.
Kate personally designs each item and ensures that they're manufactured, packaged and distributed ethically and in an environmentally sensitive way.
