Refund policy


At freddie the rat, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item/s, you may return full priced items only for a refund to the value of the goods only (we do not offer refunds on postage costs).

Any SALE item/s or purchase made with any type of discount codes are considered final sales, and are unable to be returned for a refund or store credit. 

This also includes purchases using the 10% off discount code HEYFRIEND .

For this reason we ask you to choose carefully when buying sale items or using any discount code of any kind.  Strictly purchases made on full price items only are eligible for a refund.

For hygiene reasons we are also unable to accept returns on underwear or swimwear. The purchases are considered final sales.

Please advise us via email within 2 days of receiving your order at info@freddietherat.com should you be unhappy with your items.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, remain undamaged or altered. All packaging, tags, labels etc should be attached and in the same new condition as when received.


To save on paper, we do not include return forms with our packages. Please simply email us at info@freddietherat.com and quote your order number and concerns.

We also suggest you use a traceable express post satchel for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

We thoroughly check all items for faults or damages prior to dispatch. However, should you be unhappy with anything upon receiving your order, please contact us via email.
