Shipping policy

Delivery within Australia & NZ

We offer regular post for a flat rate fee of $10.00 within Australia and $15 for Express Post orders. All orders are sent within 24 hours of being received, unless during a new collection launch or a SALE period where a slight delay may occur. 

FREE postage will apply within Australia on orders over $200.

This does however exclude a select few items that are fragile or bulky, such as our Konges Slojd birthday trains and strollers, aswell as our Merry People boots. This is due to the size and weight of these items. 

They will incur a flat rate fee within Australia and may not be able to be shipped internationally due to the cost.

All orders will be shipped using fully traceable Australia Post services.

 

International Shipping

We are proud to be able to offer worldwide shipping. Regular and Express options are available at checkout.

These rates are in accordance with those set by Australia Post and Zonos. We do not make a profit off postage fees and always cover the cost ourselves if postage is more than expected.

 

USA 

Shipping costs to the US includes all import fees / tariffs. There are no hidden fees, therefore you will not be charged any further costs on arrival into the country.

 

Rest of the world 

Customs duties and import fees are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer to check and understand before placing an order.

Recent changes were made for items being sent to Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom. 

The European Union (EU) has announced customs and import Value Added Tax (VAT) changes effective 1 July 2026, impacting postal sending to all European States.

From 1 July 2026, Zonos® will also support the calculation, collection and remittance of duties, taxes and fees (“landed costs”) for shipments to Canada and the United Kingdom. 

PLEASE NOTE if you order from countries outside the USA you will be required to pay these costs on arrival. Please be aware of this prior to ordering as we do not cancel orders due to change of mind once placed.

It is also imperative to remember that these costs are government imposed and have nothing to do with us.

We are unable to predict, control, or cover any customs duties, taxes, landing or import fees that may be applied once a parcel reaches its destination country.
