Shipping policy

Delivery within Australia & NZ

We offer regular post for a flat rate fee of $10.00 within Australia and $15 for Express Post orders. All orders are sent within 24 hours of being received, unless during a new collection launch or a SALE period. 

FREE postage will apply within Australia on orders over $200.

This excludes a select few items online that are fragile or bulky, such as our Konges Slojd birthday trains and strollers aswell as our Merry People boots due to the size and weight. These items incur a flat rate fee within Australia and may not be able to be shipped internationally due to the cost.

All Domestic and International orders will be shipped using fully traceable Australia Post services.

PLEASE NOTE during our peak SALE periods, a flat rate for postage may apply to all purchases due to such heavy discounts on items.

 

International Delivery 

Yes! We offer international shipping. Regular shipping and Express options are available at checkout.

These rates are in accordance with those set by Australia Post and Zonos (for USA Customers).

FREE international post will apply to New Zealand on orders over $350.00.

 

USA customers - please note our increase in shipping costs due to recent changes and import fees / tariffs implemented on shipments entering the country from Australia.

Rest assured however, these fees are all inclusive of tariffs and import charges so you will not have to pay any further costs on arrival.
